Rhi Parker became Wales' 102nd dual code international when she represented Wales against England in Cross Keys in 2022, this just months after starting to play the sport when she attended a Cardiff Demons trial. She had previously won five caps for Wales in rugby union, playing her club games for Worcester Warriors, Bristol Bears and Llandaff North. She also represented Wales Sevens and turned out in the first and so far only Carwshays Women's game.
