Bridgend-born Bryn Day played for his local rugby union club before turning professional with Warrington in 1947. However he made just 18 appearances for Wire, scoring four tries Injury in August that year meant some time out from the game for him, but he returned three years later in 1950 with Oldham. He stayed there three years, scoring three tries and one goal in his 75 appearances for the Roughyeds. He remained in the Oldham area and died in the area in on 26 September 1977 aged 57.
