Olivia Williams started in rugby union when studying at the University of South Wales, whilst studying Strength and Conditioning. She then started to play for Pontyclun Falcons and helped them to win the WRU National Cup in 2023, captaining them in the first half of the 2024-25 season. She started playing rugby league in the summer of 2024, making five appearances for Cardiff Demons, joining the club full-time at the start of this year and fully committing to rugby league. She was first selected for the Wales squad for the summer international matches against Scotland and England.
