A try scoring winger in rugby union with Penybanc Panthers and then Pencoed Phoenix, Whitland and Pontyclun Falcons, Brittony also represented Scarlets and many sevens sides. She came to rugby league through Bridgend Blue Bulls. However it was with Cardiff Demons where she became a success and she was top try scorer during their Super League South winning season in 2022, also scoring tries for Wales that year to help them win the inaugural European Championship B title. She spent most of the 2025 season in Australia, playing for Fremantle Roosters and also Western Australia, moving back to Wales ahead of the internationals against Scotland and England.
