Rosie Carr, along with twin sister Katie, started playing rugby union as a youngster and came through the Pencoed Phoenix youth structure, helping them to National U18 Cup Final in 2019. In the same season, she represented Ospreys U18. Starting in rugby league with Bridgend Blue Bulls in 2021, she was selected for Cardiff Demons and helped them to a Super League South Grand Final win. She was first selected for the Wales squad later that season and still awaits her first cap.
