Zoe discovered rugby union at school, first playing competitively for Porth Ladies at age 19. She heard about Rhondda Outlaws RL through family, and after successful club and Origin games, scored for Wales against England Lions in first ever capped Welsh women's rugby league international. Like men's captain Elliot Kear, Zoe was always told she was too small for rugby so, in addition to challenging her daily, she's always determined to work hard and prove people wrong.
