Bill Chapman joined Warrington from Bridgend in 1935, making 179 appearances and scoring 27 tries, winning one honour - the Lancashire Cup in 1937 where he was in the side who bear Barrow 8-4 in the Final. He played his last game at Wilderspool in 1947. He died on September 13th 2003 aged 91.
